About This Track

Fire and Ice lives in that impossible place where two opposing forces stop trying to decide which one should survive. Heat meets cold. Desire meets resistance. Love brushes against hate until the line between them becomes almost impossible to see. I wanted the song to carry that tension without resolving it too neatly. I’m not standing on one side of the story looking across at the other. I’m inside it — pulled between burning and freezing, fighting and surrendering, wondering whether one of us has to disappear for the other to remain.
