However, the following are not permitted:

• Using the name, image, or likeness of a real artist without permission
• Impersonating a real artist's voice directly
• Uploading near-identical recreations of copyrighted songs

Tracks must be transformative, original, and clearly differentiated from the source material.

AppLand Music respects copyright law.

If a rights holder submits a valid takedown request:

• The track may be removed
• The creator will be notified
• Repeat or intentional infringement may result in account restrictions

We aim to handle issues fairly and transparently.

Tracks eligible for monetisation must:

• Be original or sufficiently transformative
• Not impersonate real artists
• Not contain copyrighted lyrics or melodies

AppLand reserves the right to remove monetisation from tracks that breach these rules while allowing them to remain streamable where appropriate.

Creators may be asked to:

• Label content as AI-generated or AI-assisted
• Select genres accurately
• Avoid misleading titles or artwork

This helps maintain trust across the platform.
